My name is Korty, I'm a filmmaker.\n\n\nSometimes I’m a little girl other times I’m an old woman, depends on the situation. Most companies I’ve worked with love me till it’s time to leave.\n\n\nI love music and stories, and I’m making film the slower way, learning by doing.

In 2020, I worked as a content lead at Empawa Africa, single handedly directing and producing shows. Working here quickly taught me the importance of quality, even with limited resources.

I started off in 2018 as an assistant video producer at Zikoko, and got promoted to a video producer in 2019. Here, I learned how to tell stories and edit videos.

While I worked at Zikoko, I got a chance to produce a series of shows for Big Brother Naija ‘Pepper Dem’ .

In 2018, I edited a promotional video for Nigerian shoe brand, Keeks.
This was exciting because it was my first client job as a video editor.

In 2019, I collaborated on an Advert for Nike sneakers ‘Just Gbese’ with the designer, Peter Johnson.

but it was a documentation of an experience at the concert by Nigerian stylist, 
Mariam Aduke.
